In most unfortunate news, Denver Nuggets coach George Karl has been diagnosed with cancer for the second time.
Karl had prostate surgery in 2005, but had been cancer free ever since. The Nuggets coach will undergo a program of intense radiation and chemotherapy treatments to fight off the cancer, which doctors describe as “very treatable and curable.”
