Akron Beacon Journal columnist Pat Mcmanamon thinks seven games is enough for Eric Mangini. Mcmanamon wants the Browns to admit wrongdoing for hiring Mangini, but fails to realize the Browns organization never thinks it’s wrong and will never apologize to fans for the horrendous product they put on the field.
No matter how horrible Brady Quinn has been playing for the Browns this year, he is still the city’s darling. Needless to say, when your starting quarterback is Derek Anderson, it’s no surprise Browns fans were chanting for Quinn on Sunday. Then again, they chanted for D.A. when Quinn was struggling. Perhaps it’s time for a little bit of Kelly Holcomb.
Jack Kampf of the News-Herald wonders if this is as good as it gets for the Browns. Grand Central Sports would like to answer that question for you Mr. Kampf… Yes, this is as good as it gets, and it’s going to get much, much worse.
