According to the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher appears to be out for the season with a wrist injury (dislocated wrist). Urlacher sent a text message to a source at the Tribune indicating his season is over.
Losing Urlacher will be costly to the Bears, whose depth at linebacker looked thin after Urlacher left the game in the first quarter in a 21-15 loss to the Packers. In fact, it looked like Urlacher was playing like he did three years ago when the Bears went to the Super Bowl in 2006 and none of his replacements can fill a void like that.
